Summit Utilities Customers See Drop in Cost of Gas

Little Rock, Arkansas (April 11, 2023) – With natural gas costs dropping across the country, Summit Utilities (Summit) customers will now see a reduction in the cost of gas rate, which began on April 1, 2023. The new cost of gas rate for residential customers is $0.6954 per ccf, down from $1.22 per ccf. That’s a 43% decrease from the winter rate and a 26.7% decrease from the 2022 summer rate.

Summit Utilities Oklahoma Commits to Helping Oklahomans with Hunger Relief

On December 20, 2022 Summit Utilities Oklahoma (Summit) committed to supporting the Oklahomans with hunger relief with a $5,000 donation to the Lawton Food Bank. This donation will help fund the Lawton Food Bank’s mission to provide kid-friendly food to children in the area that are facing food insecurity while school is out for the holiday break.

Summit Utilities Arkansas (Summit) has committed to supporting the Watershed Human and Community Development Agency of Little Rock and the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance each with $15,000 in grant donations. These donations will help fund the Watershed’s Holiday Food and Toy Basket Drive and the Hunger Alliance’s No Kid Hungry Campaign.
