On December 20, 2022 Summit Utilities Oklahoma (Summit) committed to supporting the Oklahomans with hunger relief with a $5,000 donation to the Lawton Food Bank. This donation will help fund the Lawton Food Bank’s mission to provide kid-friendly food to children in the area that are facing food insecurity while school is out for the holiday break.

Summit Utilities Arkansas (Summit) has committed to supporting the Watershed Human and Community Development Agency of Little Rock and the Arkansas Hunger Relief Alliance each with $15,000 in grant donations. These donations will help fund the Watershed’s Holiday Food and Toy Basket Drive and the Hunger Alliance’s No Kid Hungry Campaign.

While natural gas is still more affordable than other heating alternatives, this year’s cost of natural gas will be higher than what customers saw in the 2021-2022 winter heating season.
