At Summit Utilities, we wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for the communities we serve.

At Summit Utilities, we wouldn’t exist if it weren’t for the communities we serve.

The success of our company is directly linked to the investments and commitments we make in our communities.

Our team members live in our service areas and have relatives and friends in the outlying counties and towns we support. Summit team members buy groceries where you shop, dine where you dine, and are proud to call your hometown their hometown. That’s why we stand behind giving back to the communities we support in a big way. Summit works to play a key role in making our cities and towns phenomenal places to live. We do this through community programs and charitable giving efforts.

Volunteer Time Off (VTO)

To further show our investment in the communities we operate in, we aim to go beyond charitable giving in a monetary form. After all, to be truly dedicated requires not only financial assistance but an investment of time as well. Summit’s volunteer time off (VTO) program is something we consider a perk for both our team members and our communities. VTO allows our team to give back to the local areas we serve, it promotes personal growth, self-esteem, and it’s fun and brings people together!

More great reasons our team members love Summit VTO:

  • VTO reduces stress and makes for a healthier workplace
  • VTO unites people from diverse backgrounds to work towards a common goal
  • VTO works to strengthen our communities
  • VTO encourages civic responsibility
