We believe that giving back means more than financial support. Summit’s Volunteer Time Off (VTO) Program provides team members with dedicated hours to support their favorite nonprofits and causes.
Whether planting trees in public parks, collecting food for underserved families, or writing cards to brighten someone’s day, we’re focused on building meaningful connections that lift our neighbors up and strengthen our communities.
Our team members participated in over 10,000 hours of volunteer work in 2025.
