Pumpkin Cookies

Pumpkin Pie Spice Cookies

Getting into the holiday spirit? Natural gas ovens heat up quickly, bake evenly, and offer precise temperature control. With their reliable performance and versatility, natural gas ovens are the perfect choice for cooking delicious snacks and meals every time. Feed your ghouls with these Pumpkin Pie Spice cookies, just perfect for Halloween! 

 

Ingredients 

1 box yellow cake mix 

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice 

¼ cup soft butter or margarine 

1 cup vanilla frosting 

1 cup canned pumpkin (but not pumpkin pie mix) 

 

Instructions 

Preheat oven to 375 

Lightly grease a cookie sheet 

In a large bowl, blend the cake mix, pumpkin pie spice, butter and pumpkin with a mixer for one minute on low speed 

Drop spoonfuls of the batter on the cookie sheet, approximately 2 inches apart 

Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges. Remove from the oven and set on a cooling rack. Let the cookies cool down (30 minutes) and frost with the vanilla frosting.
