Summit Utilities Responding to Storm Recovery Efforts in Ada, Oklahoma

Ada, Oklahoma (March 4, 2025) – Summit Utilities (Summit) is actively working with state and local public safety officials to address gas-related issues following the severe storms that impacted Ada on Tuesday.

Our operations team is on-site, assessing damage, responding to customer calls, and ensuring the safety of the natural gas system and the community.

We will continue working throughout the day to inspect equipment and assist impacted areas. We remain in close coordination with local and state officials, first responders, and emergency management teams to support recovery efforts.

Customers should remain aware of potential hazards. If you smell gas, which has a rotten egg odor, leave the area immediately. Once at a safe location, call 911 and then call our customer service team at 866-275-5265. Those whose gas service was interrupted and are ready for restoration should contact our customer service team at 866-275-5265.

Summit will continue working to support response and recovery efforts in Ada.
