Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Winter Heating Program will provide support during Winter 2023
Little Rock, Arkansas (April 27, 2023) – Summit Utilities (Summit) is reminding customers that Friday, April 28, 2023, is the last day to apply for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Winter Heating Program for Winter 2023. LIHEAP is a federally funded program that assists low-income families in reducing their home energy bills.
“We ask customers to contact us or visit our website for a list of LIHEAP providers in your area,” said Fred Kirkwood, Chief Customer Officer for Summit. “Our customer service representatives are ready to help customers with payment arrangements and share information about payment assistance agencies.”
