Commercial Foodservice Equipment Rebates

Save energy and money for your commercial kitchen with foodservice equipment rebates from Summit Utilities. Take advantage of commercial foodservice savings with rebates on high-efficiency kitchen appliances and equipment like boilers, fryers, ovens, griddles, and steam cookers.

Application Process:

Complete and submit a rebate application within 120 days  (four months) of the installation of equipment or natural gas meter and provide the required invoice/receipt. 

Simple steps to receive a rebate:

  3. Rebate applications must include a dated copy of the paid itemized invoice(s). Invoices must include brand, complete model number, purchaser’s name and installation address. Customers current W9 must also be submitted along with the application form. 
  4. Allow six to eight weeks for rebate processing. Rebate checks will be issued to the name listed on the Summit Utilities account. 

 

Equipment and Customer Eligibility

  • Summit Utilities commercial rebate programs are available to Summit Utilities business gas customers that install qualifying equipment in Summit Utilities Arkansas territory or in the Texas communities of Texarkana, Nash, Redwater and Wake Village. 

  • Rebates apply to new equipment only.  Warranty replacement equipment is not eligible for a rebate. 

  • Equipment must meet program specification requirements and be purchased, installed and operating prior to submitting a rebate application.  For rebates listed with California Energy Wise (CEW) or ENERGY STAR®, refer to:

  • Fuel switching from electric to natural gas equipment is not eligible. 

  • Summit Utilities reserves the right to limit any rebate and conduct on-site inspections of installed equipment. 

  • A complete application and proof of purchase must be completed and submitted within 120 days (four months) of the installation of equipment or natural gas meter and provide the required invoice/receipt. 

  • Summit Utilities is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete applications, or for applications that are not submitted in a timely manner. 

  • Rebate qualifications and amounts are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. 

  • To avoid delays, submit all paperwork as soon as equipment installation is complete.  Some utility rebates are taxable under Internal Revenue Service rules.  Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes.
